Snicker Doodle Cake Batter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

DRY-

1/2 scoop whey protein (I use designer whey white chocolate)

3 TBSP coconut flour

1/2 tbsp psyllium husk

cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

Stevia Packet

WET-

7 TBSP egg whites

1 tbsp cottage cheese

3 tbsp almond milk

2 TBSP water (may need more)

vanilla extract

Butter Extract

Almond extract 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Let batter sit for at least 5 minutes. Then heat a skillet at medium heat and add batter (make the pancakes whatever size you want) Cook for 3 minutes or so (timing may be different so use your judgment) flip then cook for 4 minutes. Add toppings and enjoy!!!

I used my vanilla marshmallow frosting, walden farms chocolate syrup, banana, raspberries, and white chocolate wonderful peanut butter!!

Protein Zucchini Oat/ Oat bran base

This is the basic recipe I have been using recently with all my oats!! I always change up the flavors though usually.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oats

1.25 cups of water

1/2 cup grated zucchini

1 packet of stevia

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 TBSP egg whites

1/2 scoop of protein powder

Directions:

I microwave combine oats, stevia, water, vanilla extract, and zucchini (this is the step where you would add in other flavor extracts). Microwave in a big microwave safe bowl foe about 3-4 minutes (watch for over flow). I usually start with 30 second intervals. Then stir in egg whites and cook for another 2 minutes. Once done I add in the protein powder( I would also add in unsweetened coco power or cinnamon here if the flavor I was making needed it)! Then top with what ever you would like! I love peanut butter or almond butter, banana, a fruit (raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries), walden farms chocolate syrup, and then my vanilla (or chocolate) cream marshmallow frosting!

Vanilla cream marshmallow frosting:

3 TBSP of plain greek yogurt

A spoon of  Walden farms Marshmallow fluff

a little stevia

a tiny big ( 1/8 tsp) of sugar free vanilla syrup

-MIX all together (you can also add unsweetened coco powder for chocolate)

Red Velvet Waffles !!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of oats ground into flour

1 TBSP coconut flour

1/2 tsp of baking powder

6 TBSP egg whites

2 TBSP Almond milk

2 TBSP of cottage cheese

Stevia packet

1/4 tsp of Red Velvet Emulsion (order online at amazon)(do not omit)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender( I used a ninja). Spray waffle maker and pour in batter. Be careful not to overflow your waffle maker! This recipe made 1 and 3/4 waffles for me! Once done cooking top with whatever you would like!

Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds

Set oven to 400 emojiPlace whole potato in over or microwave it so that it is easier to cut. Once potato is at a good cutting firmness cut potato into rounds. emojiSpray a baking sheet with olive oil and place potatoes on sheet. emojiSpray potatoes again with a little bit of olive oil and add pepper and onion powder. emoji Place in oven for 12 min then flip and cook another 12. emojiIf they are not browned enough to your liking broil them for about 5 minutes! emoji

Healthy “Pop-tart”

HEALTHY POP-TART! 

 

Ingredients:

1 small la tortilla factory tortilla

1/2-1 scoop of protein powder

2 tbsp cottage cheese

1/2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and place inside the tortilla. Then fold tortilla and place inside a George Forman grill for about 4 minutes or untill toasted! Top with whatever you would like!! 

Sweet and Savory Sandwich!

-2 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel Bread

-spinach

-Laughing cow strawberry creme cheese wedge

-Turkey

-Cranberry sauce

Directions:

Put all the ingredients together and toast on a George Forman grill for about 5 minuets and medium heat! Take out and enjoy!

1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese

cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice

Vanilla extract

Butter Extract

Stevia packet

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender ( I use a ninja). Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with coconut oil. Place pancakes batter on skillet and cook till done! Enjoy, and top with what every our heart desires! I top min with peanut butter, bananas, my healthy chocolate sauce, and my vanilla creme sauce (Greek yogurt, WF marshmallow fluff, and sugar free vanilla syrup mixed together)!

Egg white Zoats!!

I finally hopped on the Zoats train!! Here is the basic recipe!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1 cup of water

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 tbsp chia seeds 

1 stevia packet

1/2 zucchini shredded

1 tsp vanilla

6 TBSP egg whites

Cinnamon

Microwave all the ingredients except the egg whites for 3min in the microwave (watch for overflow)then stir and add egg whites and cook for another 2 minutes! I top mine with almond butter, peanut butter, pb2,my healthy chocolate sauce, walden farms sauces, banana, blueberries. strawberries, raspberries, etc….the possibilities are endless! 

Variations:

Pumpkin: Add

2-3 TBSP of canned pumpkin 

Pumpkin pie spice

Red Velvet: Add

1 scoop of Cococardio (found on Iherb.com)

There will be more variations to come!!

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Recipe!

I am literally obsessed with this stuff!! I put it on top of my proyo every night =] I am currently working on more flavors, but for now here is the PB recipe!!

-1 tbsp coconut flour

-1 tbsp of pb2

-1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

– vanilla extract

– stevia if desired

-2 tbsp of egg white protein powder-optional or maybe another protein powder will work!

The take a fork and mix it up till you get it to the consistency you want! You make want to add a tiny bit of almond milk depending ob the consistency you want. ENJOY!

New Recipe: Protein Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of quick oats

1/3 cup egg whites

1/2 mashed banana mashed

1/2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp of chia seeds

1/2 tsp baking power

1 TSBP water

cinnamon

vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and let the batter sit for 5 minutes. On a medium heated sprayed skillet or griddle add batter and cook! It took about 4 minutes for both sides to cook for me.

I topped mine with Vanilla Creme sauce (recipe at the bottom of page), my healthy chocolate sauce, pb2, and strawberries! But you are free to top them with whatever you would enjoy!
