2 TBSP Coconut Flour
1/2 scoop of Strawberry protein powder (I used designer whey)
1/3 tbsp psyllium husk (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
8 Tbsp egg whites
1 Tbsp Cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender( I used a ninja). Spray waffle maker and pour in batter. Be careful not to overflow your waffle maker! This recipe made 1 and 3/4 waffles for me! Once done cooking top with whatever you would like! I used banana, vanilla creme sauce (in recipes), walden farms chocolate sauce, and peanut butter!
