1/2 Tbsp of psyllium husk (optional but adds fluffiness)
Add all ingredients together in a blender (I use a Nija) and mix well! Let the batter sit for a few minutes then use to make pancakes or waffles!! I top mine with walden farms chocolate sauce, Peanut butter, raspberries and banana. But, you make use whatever you would like!!
1/2 scoop of designer whey white chocolate protein
1/2 tbsp psyllium husk ( optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 small zucchini shredded
1 tbsp cottage cheese
8 tbsp of liquid egg whites
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
pumpkin pie spices
stevia packet ( optional)
Mix all of it up in a blender ( I use a ninja). Follow directions on waffle maker and cook! Coat with coconut oil so it does not stick!! This recipe makes 1 and a quarter waffle so don’t over flow your waffle maker!! Top with whatever your heart desires!!
Recipe: Heat a skillet at medium heat and spray. Then mix dry ingredients together. Then add wet to dry ingredients. You can either choose to make a bunch of mini pancakes like the picture. Or make a few medium sized! Top with the chocolate sauce and microwave frozen strawberries (do not dump out the juice pour it on the pancakes)!
3 TBSP of coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
sweetener if desired ( I used a little trivia)
9 Tbsp of egg whites
1/4 cup or liquid (water or unsweetened almond milk)
1 Tbsp of greek yogurt
Chocolate sauce: I did not measure then amounts just taste the mixture till it is to your liking!
