Healthy “Pop-tart”

HEALTHY POP-TART! 

 

Ingredients:

1 small la tortilla factory tortilla

1/2-1 scoop of protein powder

2 tbsp cottage cheese

1/2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and place inside the tortilla. Then fold tortilla and place inside a George Forman grill for about 4 minutes or untill toasted! Top with whatever you would like!!

  1. Hi Hayls! I was in the same position as you in regards to an ED not too long ago. Lactose intolerant/gluten intolerant can be a sign of poor digestion caused by restriction of food or over exercise. Also, numerous injuries is your body telling you it needs more food and more rest. Depression is another result of food restriction, because too little calories= body cant produce enough serotonin or dopamine. Sorry if I am overstepping my place but I just know how suffocating an ED can be. And I want to help you. Have you ever been to YourEatopia.com? Or heard of the Minnie Maude recovery method? Ive been doing it for 7 months and have completely recovered from my ED and am happier than I have been in two years when my ED started.
