-1 flatout or you could use a tortilla
-My healthy easy tomato sauce (recipe below)
-A protein (I used chicken but you may use what ever you like)
-Sun dried tomatoes
-3 TBSP of plain tomato sauce from can
-Basil, peper, onion powder, garlic power, nutritional yeast, thyme
Mix all together and put on pizza! See its so easy!
Pre heat oven to 400. Place flatout on a pizza pan and put in oven for 5 minutes. Take it out and add toppings. Then put the whole thing back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Take out and enjoy!!
