Egg white Zoats!!

I finally hopped on the Zoats train!! Here is the basic recipe!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1 cup of water

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 tbsp chia seeds 

1 stevia packet

1/2 zucchini shredded

1 tsp vanilla

6 TBSP egg whites

Cinnamon

Microwave all the ingredients except the egg whites for 3min in the microwave (watch for overflow)then stir and add egg whites and cook for another 2 minutes! I top mine with almond butter, peanut butter, pb2,my healthy chocolate sauce, walden farms sauces, banana, blueberries. strawberries, raspberries, etc….the possibilities are endless! 

Variations:

Pumpkin: Add

2-3 TBSP of canned pumpkin 

Pumpkin pie spice

Red Velvet: Add

1 scoop of Cococardio (found on Iherb.com)

  1. Just made Zoats for the first time!!! I might of shredded my zucchini too long, but it was still super good and can’t wait to try it again and to try the pumpkin spice one since it is fall now 🙂
