Recipe: Basic Egg white Oats

Basic Egg White Oats:

1 cup water

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup of oats

.5 tbsp of chia seeds

vanilla extract

Microwave for 4 minutes!

Add:

6 Tbsp off egg whites

Microwave for 2 min

Add whatever toppings or flavors you please!
