Basic Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup of oats
2/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
.5 Tablespoon Chia seeds
Put in Microwave for 5 minutes take out and stir- Add:
1/4 cup of egg whites
Microwave 3 Minutes Take out and add 1/3 cup of water. Put in the fridge overnight and add whatever ingredients in the morning! I love PB2, fruit, cottage cheese….the possibilities are endless!
