Recipe: Butterscotch Raspberry Egg White Caramel Oats!




**I made these in the microwave but you can easily make them on the stove top!

In a bowl add:

1/3 cup oats

1 cup of liquid (I mix water and unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

1tsp chia seeds

Butterscotch extract

sweetener if desired

-Microwave for 4 min (watch it to make sure it does not over flow)


6Tbsp of egg whites

1/4 tsp baking powder

-Microwave for 2 minutes

Then, take some frozen raspberries and microwave till hot. Pour over oats (Use the juice too). Add cinnamon!

Then top with Greek yogurt topping(2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt mixed with carmel extract and a little sweetener).Then add walden farms Carmel syrup! NOM NOM!
