Breakfast: Cononana protein pb oats
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Omelet with sweet potato
Snack: Quest bar, Veggies (not pictured)
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with veggies and marinara
Dessert: Skinny cow caramel bar ( not pictured)
Snack: Banana with almond butter
