Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender ( I use a ninja). Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with coconut oil. Place pancakes batter on skillet and cook till done! Enjoy, and top with what every our heart desires! I top min with peanut butter, bananas, my healthy chocolate sauce, and my vanilla creme sauce (Greek yogurt, WF marshmallow fluff, and sugar free vanilla syrup mixed together)!
1/2 scoop of designer whey white chocolate protein
1/2 tbsp psyllium husk ( optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 small zucchini shredded
1 tbsp cottage cheese
8 tbsp of liquid egg whites
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
pumpkin pie spices
stevia packet ( optional)
Mix all of it up in a blender ( I use a ninja). Follow directions on waffle maker and cook! Coat with coconut oil so it does not stick!! This recipe makes 1 and a quarter waffle so don’t over flow your waffle maker!! Top with whatever your heart desires!!
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Poor in waffle maker and cook till done!! ***This batter made 1 and 1/4 waffles for me so make sure you do not overflow your waffles maker.
Top with whatever you!! I make my own vanilla marshmallow creme sauce( 2 tbsp greek yogurt, walden farms marshmallow fluff, SF vanilla syrup), healthy chocolate sauce, banana, strawberries, walden farms syrups, etc….
I finally hopped on the Zoats train!! Here is the basic recipe!!
1/2 cup oats
1 cup of water
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 stevia packet
1/2 zucchini shredded
1 tsp vanilla
6 TBSP egg whites
Microwave all the ingredients except the egg whites for 3min in the microwave (watch for overflow)then stir and add egg whites and cook for another 2 minutes! I top mine with almond butter, peanut butter, pb2,my healthy chocolate sauce, walden farms sauces, banana, blueberries. strawberries, raspberries, etc….the possibilities are endless!

Happy Monday lovelies!! Right now I am on fall break from school till Wednesday so I am having a nice relaxing day so far. I went on a run! It was the first time since last Saturday that I was able to run! Man oh man does it feel good! It was a slow run on grass but its better than nothing! There was leaves on the ground so I felt like a kid again kicking them up! =]

I was having a really hard week because a lot was going on and I was not able to run so my mommy sent me some beautiful flowers!
I had the the change to try spinning on the bike! I actually really like it! Its a great cross training activity!
The dorm I live in on campus had a floor meeting and we got to play with play-doh as a stress reliever. I made this wonderful rose!
Then yesterday me and one o my best friends went to PetSmart and played with a bunch of kitties!! I have two cats back home and I miss them so much! It really made me happy to be able to cuddle with these babies!
